Max Blankstein
Mr. Blankstein is an Urban Economist with wide experience in Project Management, Marketing and Feasibility Studies, including Highest and Best Use Studies conducted all over the world. He also carried out the “Eurofinance” first Study of the European Tourist Industry in 1974 and the subsequent Bank Leumi Israel Tourist Industry Study.
Max was a founding partner and manager of Camdev Ltd., a revolutionary 540 unit, popular priced, terrace housing condominium complex, which stimulated a change in the character of Jerusalem housing after the 6 day war. He assisted David Lewis in the Development of Isrotel one of the largest Hotel chains in Israel, building the development team and acting as owner’s representative for the building of the King Solomon’s Palace, Sport and Royal Beach hotels and the developing of the group’s shopping centers.
Max is a director and past chairman of the board of Canada Center in Metula, past chairman of the WUJS Institute in Arad, Past Chairman of the Canadian Residents Association of the United Israel Appeal of Canada.

Adv. Dror Sherman has been practicing law since 1998. Yael Blankstein
Yael Blankstein founded Ye'elim Realty 20 years ago. She is a native Israeli who speaks Hebrew, English & German. Yael was a high school teacher after finishing the Hebrew University. She lived several years in Toronto Canada before returning to Israel and Jerusalem with her husband, whose family promoted and participated in the development of the 540 apartment Camdev terrace housing project (Tzameret Habira), on the French Hill.
Prior to founding Ye'elim Realty Yael was an agent with two leading real estate agencies for a period of 8 years, one of which was a national company for whom she managed the Jerusalem office. She is a licensed real estate agent and Honorary President of the Jerusalem Chamber of Real Estate Brokers, of which she was a founding member and Chairwoman for 15 years.
